The manga is definitely better than the LN, but I'm not sure this is a factor in that just yet. I and many others are rather concerned that it'll mess with the big scene that's coming up from this point in the LN.

Yes, we already use Yuri-Hime raws. Lirio uploads them similarly extremely quickly. I'm capable of raws-ripping as well, but so far I've only done it for 30.2 and the WIP of 45.1.
