I don't think so, I believe at some point Hinaki was supposed to realize she had feelings for Shunsuke but due to the axe 9C preferred to go for her just accepting their relationship and moving on. I'd say it's a decent ending I guess...

I liked this chapter. It seems that Humanity's true trumpcard right now are Heroes as Alio was cutting through several giants on his own, sadly the only one left is Hallow who is severely weakened and likely can't empower himself like Alio did yet.

Anyway this makes me wonder what will Hallow's arc be like, his most notable character trait so far is that he wants to die feeling "useful" and that's not a good mentality to have at all

We don't really know that and the other character in ONE's works that lost an arm almost exactly like Hallow is Iaian and he hasn't gotten a new arm...
