First volume releasing June 2024. I'm guessing 4 chapters per volumes, complete guess.
So I'm guessing it'll be a year before the as yet untranslated chapters in volume 2 (though ch 5 is available elsewhere, formerly was on mangadex)
No. the part where she runs out thinking about the attempted kiss was a flashback to ch16 time. (black background) then it goes back to the present in the same chapter
I don't think I know what you're referring to, then. I thought she left cos her friend had an exam, anyway. I mean, when someone walks up and asks to speak to you alone, it's normal to take some time to do so.
This series dwells in 6-7.5/10 territory for a long time and then comes out swinging for the last 20-ish chapters with an incredibly tight, well-written ending that would be a 9-ish on its own.
If you're willing to read that much for a very, very good conclusion+epilogue, dive into this.
I just really love the writing and storyboarding and the use of silence in this series.
It lead me to check out what else Team Gaji wrote, and I ended up bingeing half of What Does the Fox Say? which honestly does it even better. I should read everything by these guys.
You can read a couple chapters a day for free on comikey app. Though I don't like reading on my phone so I used the Windows Subsystem for Android to use the app on my computer. Currently it at ch 69, releasing a new one each week.
Oh, interesting! So Sena's essays are Zuihitsu rather than a simple series of essays on life. That's interesting to know, I didn't know of this form of writing before. It kind of reminds me of Emperor Marcus Aurelius' private Meditations, which he wrote to himself and were published when found...
Hey, love your work on My Sister's Best Friend, My Lover. Beautiful series, one of my favourites.
I noticed that ch15 the last page didn't translate the email, so I ran it through an online translator and thought I'd share it here, too.
