""ki ni naru" means both "to be interested " but also "to become a tree" depending on which kanji is used. one was used in the title (ki ni naru dokoro, 気になるどころ), the other was used in p4 for jun's line (ki ni natta, 木になった). its just like a "oh it was phrased that way...
