This would be so much more enjoyable without the videogame elements. I mean, having the premise that it's set in the world from a videogame is fine, but the popup windows really detract from the atmosphere.

Wait... since Suzuki's power doesn't work on them, does that mean that humans aren't "native to this world?" I'm assuming that the power would've worked on the humans in the peaceful world, meaning that they are native to that world. So humans in this world are some sort of foreign object.
