Mine personally is the zanpakuto arc, and yes, I know it isn't cannon, but it's pretty cool to see each soul reapers zanpakuto for the first time.

If your looking for some good ts series, definitely read boku girl, and/or tensei pandemic. Both are pretty ecchi, but very well plotted and made. Hope you like them!
