Reading back through this now that was likely a mistranslation considering both of Karen’s Pokémon aren’t from Kanto and Greens Espeon isn’t either, several other contestants use Pokémon from other regions as well

I've read most of the light novel and it's great seeing it come to life in the manga. I'd love to see it get an anime adaption someday to but who know if that will ever happen

Well the series officially ended a few months ago at Chapter 65 so hopefully you guys find the time to finish translating it. It's been an interesting ride so far and I can't wait to see how it ends.
