Seems pretty clear that Il did indeed kill his brother, in revenge for his wife's death. And Soo-won killed Il, in revenge for his father's death... or maybe because he thought Il was lame and he needed to take over. Yona probably won't avenge her father, because she's a pure-hearted anime...
