The next chapter will be released 1-2 weeks into September when the next raw volume starts. As for why the last 2 chapters were so short, that's probably because it was the end of the volume and they tried to stretch it out into 2 chapters. I assume it'll be back to 25+ Pages in the new Vol.

Okay, I hate to be that guy, but why are the pages all stretched vertically? They all have a white margin on the left and right side too, from where they have obviously been squished. Just widen the page content to cover that margin again, and they should look fine. It just looks really weird.
