On that same line, Jia Lou Luo (迦楼罗) is one of the Chinese names for Garuda, a legendary bird from Hindu mythology. Quite interesting.

I know I'm super late to say this, but Fu Lei Ya's name could also be translated as Freya, as 芙蕾雅 is apparently one of the few transliterations for that name. Other transliterations include 弗蕾亚 and 芙丽雅, but all three of them point to the same goddess from Norse mythology. Just a bit of trivia...
