i guess to saitama, technique which leads to amazing feats doesn't seem to be that amazing, since he has the raw strength necessary to accomplish those feats - but still, i think he should realize that the martial arts ie the techniques are what led Suiryu et al to be able to accomplish those feats

why does suiryu have bands on his arms? (i can think of a few possibilities, but i'm not sure as far as a concrete reason goes)
