Its a thing in myth i think(not sure which one) that ghosts cant hurt you unless you can see them. Aka like awareness of the supernatural, there is probably ghosts strong enough to hurt you without that like poltergeists or skmeghing

Honestly more people need to try this. I tried the manga because of the movie its based off and its really exceeding my expectations much more deep and nuanced than i expected
Spin off, but i think they are both good, but this is definitely some my hero vigilantes stuff where you enjoy the spin off just as much or way more than the main story
