This was a gray job that only Daidai could've resolved, everyone else is too bound by common sense. Also page 17 gives me Jack Horner's "WHAT DID I DO TO DESERVE THIS" vibe. Also page 18's bottom panel with the suspiciously placed flying talisman made me thought she got decapitated or something...

It's like a maw heading straight towards the depths of the earth. You can fall down and die/slowly die/seriously injure yourself, or imagine something freaky from those chthonic depths climbing up to the surface world.

You accidentally repeated 'for' twice in page 16, first panel. Waka's nonchalance at the idea of human ghosts reminds me of a comment from a previous chapter, that there's a food chain or 'chain of being' of sorts and human ghosts sit near the bottom and so they aren't really that threatening...

It's scary how Asama almost got sucked in despite being quite a distance away from the mountain. The thing's influence was just that strong.

Just when I looked at the map and thought, "Aha! They're actually looking away! I'm a genius!" and then the chapter ends with the most blatant foreshadowing ever that it might as well be the reveal... I feel so ashamed right now...
