Tonari no Seki no Yatsu ga Souiu Me de Mitekuru - Vol. 2 Ch. 28

Dropping this here. I thought it was pretty interesting but I'm getting tired of the misunderstanding in one direction -> immediate overreaction in the opposite. It's also too onesided for my taste... I don't really like Ikezawa's characterization. Not a terrible manga, just not for me

    R15+ Ja Dame Desuka? - Vol. 4 Ch. 33 - Artist

Amou's fail is particularly adorable & funny lol

Tsurenai Hodo Aokute Azatoi Kurai ni Akai - Vol. 3 Ch. 17 - When did the confusion begin?

I think "expelled" or "suspended" might be clearer than "excluded" on pages 4/5. Or maybe it's different outside of the US? Thanks for the translation!

Super Ball Girls - Vol. 4 Ch. 34 - Promise

You dislike cliches--fine. But in the very next sentence you basically just describe To Love Ru. But with the radical change that the alien girls are dangerous and volatile. :U

Super Ball Girls - Vol. 4 Ch. 34 - Promise

"M-muh NTR"--JFC, get over yourselves. I kept on hearing about these treasonous chapters and how it ruined the manga. This serves as a good counterpoint to trusting accumulative review scores on popular manga aggregator sites. One chapter later, and it's evident that Eliza is so thoroughly...

Imasara desuga, Osananajimi o Suki ni Natteshimaimashita

How many 1 stars were spammed by the 'muh ntr' crowd after reading chapter 21? I contemplate that many readers are so coddled/infatuated by self-insert nothingburger mangas that the idea of a story with a meaningful 'exposition->conflict->climax->resolution' structure is heretical to them...

Boku no Suki na Hito ga Suki na Hito - Vol. 3 Ch. 18

I'm glad the author developed Fuwa a bit more here--her role in the story seemed to stagnate somewhat. I hope the author continues to flesh her out, as well as the relationships between all the characters. After all, the original premise was a true love triangle :)

Saenai Kanojo (Heroine) no Sodatekata - Koisuru Metronome

So some closing thoughts. I really found the idea of the "real" world paralleling Kasumi's written world to be intriguing, namely the love triangle... but that thread was hardly explored. The LN/anime industry is a neat backdrop, but I personally thought it took up too much real estate in the...

Seitokai ni mo Ana wa Aru! - Vol. 3 Ch. 29 - Look out for the Bees!

Page 4, is the wasp flight trail redrawn? Pretty funny detail either way :)

    Fool Night - Vol. 8 Ch. 66 - Central

I don't think this guy should be getting the benefit of the doubt. Zero history on his account besides just blasting tens of perfectly fine pre-existing chapters with his own reuploads. Does he have any connection with the team that's working on this?

    Juujika no Rokunin - Ch. 165 - No-Consent Mode

I'm baffled at how many people are shitting on this manga this deep in. It's never purported to be more than a revenge fantasy with le epic plot twists and subverted expectations. If I find something irredeemable I'm out. Why even hateread, shouldn't you be reading something you actually enjoy???

Onna Kishi to Kemomimi no Ko

I don't have the knee-jerk "must be a pedo" response but never have I ever known a parent to kiss their child on the lips. Sure, this could be a cultural thing, but the extra attention the author places on both Noah and Olivia blushing/reacting and how handsy Olivia is--is a bit too straight...

Tower Dungeon - Vol. 1 Ch. 1 - Yuva, Renowned Thrower of Feed

Perhaps... but let's not forget he's both artist AND author. His ability to produce and convey such creative and cohesive worlds so effectively without hand-holding readers is among the reasons why Blame is so well-regarded, and why just this first chapter is so enticing in my opinion. I feel he...

Minasama ni wa Jinken ga Gozaimasen

A wonderful rebuttal to the strawman you constructed. Same to the 2nd guy. Back in the real world, my post makes ZERO mention of pearl-clutching morals affecting my judgement of the manga. Try reading comprehension again you illiterate bums. To clarify to the circus again, the writing is...

    Hoshino-kun, Shitagatte!

I can't get past Yamada's characterization. Sure, she reveals her sob story--it feels shallow and mostly unrelated to her being an unremorseful piece of shit. She isn't likeable or compelling.

    Fire Punch - Vol. 2 Ch. 16

Is the line on pg 17 "Humans die when they are struck in the head!" a reference to "People die if they are killed"?

Minasama ni wa Jinken ga Gozaimasen

Author comes up with insanely contrived setting where people are arbitrarily decided to be "human" or "livestock" based on some unexplained test. It reeks of "it is, because I said so." I imagine he had this vision of a dystopian society in mind, but had zero method of justifying its existence...

    I Love You, Kyouko-san.

Really fascinating manga. I love how the endless deluge of self-insert wish-fulfillment isekai dogshit is celebrated so blindly in comparison to intriguing, original works such as this one. Please continue the good work TLs, your efforts are much appreciated :)

Boku no Suki na Hito ga Suki na Hito - Vol. 3 Ch. 15

I really do love the subtleties of Prez's interactions with Sora, but the story would benefit so much more from fleshing out why Sora likes Fuwa so much (and also mellowing Fuwa's distaste for Sora). Frankly, there's near zero reason the author gives to like Fuwa, she's just a hurdle. I gave...

    Qǐng Tīng Wǒ de Shēngyīn!!

So far (ch 11) I've been pretty hooked. The art and paneling is fantastic, (better than a lot of Japanese manga) and the plot is cohesive and interesting. I like all the characters. I have no doubt that its only moderate rating is due to
