I believe the anime changed a lot about this chapter in the show, i remember there being some sort of love triangle which included mizuki. Like the manga version better though

Really like how the girls were written in this chapter, the immaturity was fitting seeing as they're young here. Really messed up thing for mizuki to see though, that would leave a huge mental scar. Good chapter, thanks for the scanlation again.

Thanks for picking it up again and the scanlation, it was a very good quality one too. I can imagine that it's not easy with all these references to folklore and yokai stuff. The manga seems to be different enough from the manga that it feels like a relatively new experience as well.
