    We're still in the SBR timeline, they show in chapter 1 his family tree and it shows his relations to Yoshikage and Holly from part 8. We've seen stands from one timeline to the other have similar abilities. Kira frompart 8 and Dio from the end of SBR both had similar stands from the original...
