I noticed that too, but I got around it with a VPN set to Tokyo. VPN Unlimited on my smartphone to be specific. I was able to do it using the 7-day free trial.

That was my main disappointment too. A short follow up on twitter would be nice but given that this is 2 years old now, I wouldn't hold my breath.

Glad you and the groups are talking. So many groups have slowed down or stopped due to a lack of redrawers. I hope that ‘Akiba Detectives’ and ‘I’d Rather Sleep’ are able to start updating but they are in the same boat.
