I was also surprised at how good the pace is on this series. The other series was a total slow burn, so I kind of take it that author got cancelled because of that and decided to put the foot on the throttle a little bit more for this one.

Now that we FINALLY had this talk, this is where the series should end soon. This is what was lacking for the original ending (And thank goodness it continued because the series it's so much better now as a whole)
