While I 100% understand what you are saying, we're not putting a gun to anyone's head to read the part chapters right away. Nobody's forcing you to read it right now.
If this bothers people, there's really nothing keeping them from just waiting until the full chapter is out and reading in one...
Nothing terrible is shown, it's moreso what's implied as to why ink decided to put the warning. If you want specifics the video Hanabi took is shown to be
It's not shown in utmost detail, but the implications are still fucked up and abusive.
Yeah, they seem like little silly joke pages, but I do feel like all the Omakes have at least a little world building or lore in them. Well.. except maybe 5.5 :dogkek:
With this we are officially caught up to the raws! Thanks to everyone who has been along for the ride so far. We always have a blast working on this series.
From now on the RAW release schedule is a new full chapter every other friday (meaning next one tomorrow) with .5 chapters in between...
Nope! In Chapter 3 there were 4 species listed. They were all S-Ranks, but Yamata-no-Orochi was not one of them.
(Unless of course Kino's grandpa made the names up himself and one of them does refer to the Snake. Though I doubt it)
As I already said, It looks great! Always happy for this manga to get more exposure and more people in other languages get to read it. Hope you had fun working on it, it's always a blast for us. Thanks for the big shoutout at the end as well <3
While I can't read vietnamese, the Typesetting is...
I feel like a big part of that is the publisher slicing the chapters to bits. We had to wait for a month for these 3 parts that make "a chapter" and still not much really happened at all. Hopefully it will read smoother when more is out, but at this point that's the biggest issue IMO
Welp, hope you guys enjoy some of the cringy move names. That notebook took almost as long to translate as some of the full 20 page chapters we've been doing :dogkek:
I was hoping someone would pick this up, was considering it but there was a little too much yapping :dogkek:
The plot is obviously a bit trashy at times, but I like fighting game stuff enough to deal with that, interested to see where it goes.
If you look at the start of the chapter, the poster for the festival implies that this is a flashback or well, look back at the time before the festival. If I had to guess the story for this volume
Stealing this from a reddit comment but:
"Something that might be getting lost in translation is that Gunma being a land of barbarians is an old Japanese meme. Not that it doesn’t make sense without that, but it’s definitely part of the running joke with the Gunma references in this series...
Hey everyone! Thanks for reading!
We kinda debated wether to make these .5 Omake Chapters their own thing or attach it to the end of the original chapters. However, since they will be a biweekly thing and we plan to catch up to the raws soon AND they also include some relevant lore sometimes...
