The person Suzu mistakes for Matsuri is Shion, the protagonist of Yamato Gensouki and Iyo's bodyguard. Although girl Matsuri's character design is partially inspired by Shion, he is actually male.

Every woman in the Shishizaki family has the same curse. Also, I finally noticed the kanji for her first name are read "Chihaya", not "Chisato". It's easy to not notice because she's almost always called "Shishizaki-san".
