The marriage promise that we also often see in manga, i can see happening, it's just 2 kids saying stuff they don't really understand, but 2 families arranging a marriage between their children...

    If you don't read self published stuff then yes. Everything that is not self published could be considered illegal and it's against the site ToS since to upload a chapter you have to mark that you have permission to do so.
