As a novel enjoyer, I do kinda agree that the series is a bit overrated, but also, I feel like the main things I like about the novel haven't really shown up yet, and aren't really connected to the events of the plot, which would make them difficult to pick up just from reading spoilers.
I always enjoy yuri about weirdos who don't know how to be normal, so this looks extremly up my ally. Also it's really nice to see actual Himejoshi rep in a yuri manga for once. :win:
I'm enjoying this a good amount so far, but honestly the Idea that Haru could believe that just changing her last name would be enough to stop people from making the connection is really killing my suspension of disbelief.
It's always so funny to me how the chapters of this anthology manage to cram an entire volume's worth of exposition and plot into a single chapter. As always, I wish there was more time put into the character work instead of the plot, or, if so much time had to be put into the plot, that the...
