For anybody reading this who hasn't also read Koe no Katachi/A Silent Voice (or knows the context for this from anywhere else), 月 - "moon," pronounced "tsuki" 好き - "like," pronounced "suki." They sound pretty similar if you aren't being absolutely clear. That's what the last page is about (´ー｀)b

Hello, about Chapter 0 - all the next volumes will be beginning with the cover and table of contents, but I can't edit Chapter 1, so I figured I'd append those to the beginning of the series.
