In general they have rather crude grammar and translation skills, but...

@firefish5000 I would hardly consider Mushoku Tensei to have an abundance of substance. From the extremely powerful protagonist, to the pedo-bait romance, it's not really a shining example of the genre.

Rating manga would probably be a terrible idea due to above reasons. But I certainly wouldn't be against chapter tags denoting bad English. Would probably be a lot easier to police than fraudulent scans, and you wouldn't need an extremely in depth understanding of translating to be able to pick...

It's not really an issue of legal ownership of manga, it's just how MangaDex helps promote a the health of scanlators. It's purely because actively disobeying the wishes of someone doing essentially free work for you seems a bit disrespectful.

Small feature that I'd really appreciate is an option to organize my read, reading, or dropped manga by what I've rated them instead of by average aggregated user rating. It's my list after all, I think it would make sense if it reflected my opinions. Small feature, but it would be awesome to have.
