Despite the rush and Kaede's arc ending soon, I hope the manga doesn't end. If it doesn't, then it's probably a new character with sensitivity to something else. Or... They're going to expand other side character's story and then end the manga.
There are so many outcomes that can come out from this, here's my two:
1. She secretly slipped a pill into his mouth and making him swallow it by kissing him. The pill is either: Sleeping pill to use him for the revenge or poison to kill him.
2. She stabs him in the neck before he could SA...
What if Sensei drugs him with aphrodisiac, takes photo of the girl blowjobbing the oji man and then drug her too... Place both drugged people in the same room with her recording everything. Sensei leaks on public and everyone pities the girl. She kills herself due to humiliation.

The white hair ML can go somewhere else. Just break up with her, and have FL meet the true ML. I'll be satisfied with this kind of outcome.
