no, it's the typesetting that is level 1 the translation, ugh, the magic chant, it has already an english you know if you just read the furigana.

Translation seems fine(though I haven't seen the raw yet) But can't you use any other image editor like photoshop or gimp, or edit it in your phone using ibispaint

i vote for Tina-nee i actually hate those who use big sis, they are like the official english that localized the manga too much
