small yamada just looks ... not right! anyways i enjoy reading multiple translations of the same thing (reason 1 is this manga is so good & reason 2 is perhaps you get a better feel for the language/intent when you can compare and contrast it with other translations)

okay, this is a small detail, but i think it encompasses just why this manga is 10/10: the typo in the text messages with "red /*read" - it's so true to life, and feels like an honest depiction of humans interacting, not these sugary implausible fantasy relationships in like 99.9% of everything...

@AllosaurusJei i didn't read her as being aromantic, i thought her declaration that 'she doesn't do love' just meant that she'd be into casual only type physical interactions (tho it'd be great to read something of this calibre featuring aro peeps)

@Dramsss - i was reading it as like, magic realism/dream logic type scenario, that's trying to tap into universal primal human emotions, and stir something up in the reader - i don't have any hard/concrete 'takes' on what it all means as a straightforward message tho (my apologies)

@Picks - i'm with you! like the visual pacing (and dialogue) has been altered ever so slightly, but it throws the whole thing into a tonal disarray - feels a lot less 'complete' than the webcomic version :(
