Of course, teenagers want to see themselves as victims of their own situation, but Tsubasa's rejection of Kaede's (very sensitive) past caused him to reject her in the first place. Alleging that she's the victim, and Kaede's friends being "she's so right", is so terrible in so many ways.

The tragedy of childhood friends doesn’t stop even in this manga huh? Though I’m not sure how I feel about Kuromiya being the one to propose the role switch so readily, and how the MC underestimates how well his childhood friend knows him.
