I'd go one step further and say they intentionally make this funnier. The point of this manga isn't boobs out or egregious camel toe, it's the completely psychotic setup and execution being presented in the funniest way possible.

This chapter does seem like Skrell's made some sort of decision on what she wants her acquaintanceship with Kudo to be, which I'm glad for.
