Yes, this is still being officially released in English on Kadokawa BookWalker (INKR dropped it a long time ago even though they had the better version). The BookWalker version is low quality images but the English is perfectly decent, unlike this MTL crap here on mangadex.

Fair warning, this turns into a garbage MTL fest after this chapter (and it's already iffy). Not sure what the uploader is doing but they got really lazy with the english. It's bad and ruins the vibe of the entire manga. Just read it on BookWalker, it's not expensive.
