Everything except the grammar was great but the grammar was actually terrible. Like it was so bad that I could barely understand what they were talking about. Regardless, I still appreciate the fact there was an update since a certain group stopped.
Checked it out because I'm a sucker for iskeai ,and then I read the comments to help explain the 8 score. According to the latest comment (as of right now) it seems solid so I'll dive in
@croustibu you can tell this guy only read three chapters and didn't pay attention to the actual story which does in fact develop
@goodhunter is telling the truth right there;
It starts off as a "slice of horror" like the alt-name implies but it starts asking the questions why/how later on and...
The first chapter is straight up awful so much so that it isn't even funny. The only good thing about it was that the art was solid. I'm gonna drop this but I won't rate it since I don't think it's too fair of me to judge off the chapter first alone.
This is a solid iskeai managa right here. Not generic in any way, has an understandable/relatable mc, and a unique story to boot. There are some negatives like all the "political intrigue" with its rather verbose narrative but the cast makes up for it even if some characters are irritating.

I would've preferred the beginning to be have been lengthened so I can properly appreciate the effects/importance of that gaslightling/manipulation because with just only one chapter and the rest just flashbacks, it makes it heavily forced as in the author didn't know how to convey it...
Anyone willing to review this for me?
Because this looks like slice of life it's kinda turning me off; don't wanna read 200+ chapters of various pillow materials and the collection of them
