The only thing i don't like about Tsubaki is that in order to play his maximum best he often needs someone to push him or trigger him

he may look like that but he is actually one of the top scorers of the team alongside gino and tsubaki. I think he is number one in terms of number of goals in the team, so even though he sucks sometimes he is still a valuable player. That's why he is still a starter.
