Just read a fucking book bhai Personally not everything needs to be that deep you could simply appreciate it by it's simplicity. Not everyone has an inflated view on literature
Not really harem but I do think it's a stretch. Adding too many female casts I won't really question the authors poor choices on the matter however it's concerning on the what the story would lead to if it even continues...
