"Saint" or "saintess" is the usual translation of 聖女 (seijo). It can mean a female saint or a holy woman, in the entirely religious sense — but from the back story given in the flashbacks so far, it appears that the meaning here is "female magic user specialising in, or with a gift for, healing...
