Yeah, I do think that Kisaki eventually came to love Fuyuki. It's just something healthier, where she can be happy for a potential Fuyuki and Eri relationship in a way she can't be for her step-dad and mom.

I don't think it's bad in a vacuum, but this is a big shakeup when the series is about to end. It kind of makes you wonder how the author is gonna land this plane and resolve the big poly mess.

Not a fan of the new girl, but tbh I kind of figured that even if Tao x Tsumugu happened it was always gonna be with Miki and Tao staying together, so I'm not mad about that development. If anything we needed a scene to remind us that Miki cares about Tao. I do wonder what the long term plans...

I think the payoff is that this gag is half the reason she gets included in a chapter at all :pacman: Without it, they would've just said that Bocchi got throat cancer from doing the cinnamon challenge and couldn't come to the event.

Sometimes I can't tell if this is going for the poly route and the author just ended up really liking Tao x Tsumugu, or if they really are just the endgame :pacman: But god, imagine being Saku and the meetup to celebrate your accomplishment turns into the girl you like collabing with someone...
