Not really about the brother, but at the very least Clover has to know about Yae somehow to be able to recruit him in their killing Uichi mission (to say nothing about knowing Uichi’s family directly to influence Utako years ago). It is clear Clover has to know TRULY deep details of Uichi’s life...

Also mind you given the naming scheme of Yotsuba and Mitsuba and the implication the mysterious dead person may actually be one of their siblings, whose to say the real Clover isn’t “Ichisuba” or “Nisuba” (depending which wasn’t the one that committed suicide)

Fun fact, you can see the “middle school betrayer”/Rei in the background of the memory where Yotsuba brings kids to play with Uichi… I won’t spoil the next chapter but keep note of this.
