I just finished reading the 10 available chapters and I have to say that the art and dialogue are really bad. It's so generic, it makes it painful to read. Even the sex scene is not good. You can find better manga/webcomic with similar concept.

Just like Tsuyoshi said, Teru is the only one he can trust. Other people only have used him for their interest and none of them personally care about Tsuyoshi. Although Teru technically is also using Tsuyoshi, he believes that what he is doing is for Tsuyoshi's sake.
