Kiting is when you move while attacking an enemy at a range that allows you to hit them, and not to be hit by them. Usually involves moving backward, and pretty much only refers to when you out-range an enemy.
@gr8g It's complete except for the last 5 chapters where they cut some of it. The anime ending is one of the more satisfying endings in all of anime, so that change was fine.

@Kaarme in the Light Novel it's a rule of the world that children can't hurt gods. If gods get injured their divinity or what not kicks in and they are fully healed. But for whatever reason it's possible for gods to kill gods.
