Thank you for the notes in the end, I was honestly confused who married whom.

Probably cause the movie this year features Nagano trio, so it's a sort of promotion and bringing people up to speed on their relationship.

Culprit Hanzawa parodies this, he and other culprits get homicidal ideas for just about any minor conflict. :D

Well, it was a nice case. Hope the next one is dealing with overarching plot, or at least a really bloody murder.

Usually telling 100 stories involves a group of people taking turns, and once the 100th one is told they count people and realize there is one extra (the ghost), so I don't think it matters for the count who tells the stories as much as who is listening to them, and the listener is always the...

There are things that burn due to friction or being exposed to air, but I can't figure out how it would be applied by the culprit so it burns at specific moment. The sanitizer might play part in it, I guess. Also the wind seems important, first time it was windy and the third time the guy's arm...

The evil thing behind the old man's daughter-in-law looks like the ghosts that the blind girl "sees", while the sister with magic hearing saw that old man fall. I don't think everything is supposed to be directly connected, I would describe it like looking at grander picture, instead of focusing...

The weird telephone call was probably Norman, and it was part of his plan to drive Julie insane, so she would end up under his control.

People say the French are the biggest weebs in Europe, and Japanese certainly love Paris. But that on the side, it's easy to speed through career in Japan, where audience knows rakugo and the references, while 3 years to gain real recognition in just one foreign country sounds about right...

I imagine it's hard to come up with really fresh stuff after all the years, and with movies produced each year on top of that. Someone with more patience than me should count how many times has it been now that the case involves a group of friends where one of them died and the rest are being...

Totally nothing sus about "mom" quickly describing Heaven as nice place, despite the fact that ghosts that linger in world of living wouldn't really see what's on the other side.

Black hoods would have been less awkward, as that would make them look kind of like more socially acceptable executioner, but I guess it would be too much ink. :D

I think it might be matter of cook's preference, when I was looking for omurice recipe, there was about the same number of results for folding rice into omelette as the ones where omelette is just placed on top.

It doesn't really fit the definition of drive-in, which is a facility where you do your business straight from car. This is actually known as rest area or service area, while in Japan they also have roadside stations.

Totally random realization, someone probably already listed it somewhere, but they sure love patterns in this manga: Akai/Okiya, former BO agent Rye, undercover FBI agent, once a red herring for Bourbon, brings in stew every time he wants to get involved in Conan's business. Rei, BO agent...

A bit of a weird one, but I guess because there is implication that the family burned kudan baby, probably out of fear, their deaths and deaths of two guys might be revenge of angry spirit.

It could be an ending where it ends good for this protagonist, but the evil is not really defeated and resurfaces somewhere else, for some other protagonist to deal with in a potential sequel. I don't recall when was the last time I read about heroic protag sacrificing themselves in manga, they...

Doubt she'll die, maybe get pushed into escaping somewhere till she comes up with a better plan. She may claim anyone can learn, but is that really the case? After all, she is working with very little information, and her previous persuasion attempts have achieved nothing. If she is not being...

From what I gather, the guy was spending too much time at work, neglecting his family. The one day he arrives home early, he finds his wife drowned in a puddle on the floor, and somehwere offscreen his daughter dead, too. Presumably the wife went mad and killed their daughter and herself. It's...
