In one panel D has 2 normal legs, and then in the next he has 1 leg and 1 stabby stabby stick. For a manga that takes the ideas of "plot" and "foreshadowing" so seriously, this is a weird breach of continuity. Either that, or D is able to change which part of his body is "wounded" at will.
