Can anyone help? I want to edit the title for the manga "ATM Ojisan: Isekai de Mote-ki ga Tomaranai!", but the edit title icon is locked.

I noticed something interesting on a manga site. There are chapters marked as unavailable (you can see them using the “Show unavailable chapters” option), which I assumed were taken down and couldn’t be uploaded again. But apparently, it’s still possible to reupload those same chapters. So...
