@gum_rummy, pretty sure they said at the beginning if you get any negative action, their reputation goes to 0% (i rechecked, and it isn't 0%, but it says in chapter 4 "...and it's extremely easy for the build up favorability to fall at once."). So, I'm assuming that either it's going up or...
