@gum_rummy, pretty sure they said at the beginning if you get any negative action, their reputation goes to 0% (i rechecked, and it isn't 0%, but it says in chapter 4 "...and it's extremely easy for the build up favorability to fall at once."). So, I'm assuming that either it's going up or staying the same.

Seems like the crux of this matter is that these bastard siblings don't think they've abused her for most of her life, so they find it weird that she's acting like an abuse victim.
