This series has the least 'plot of any series I've ever read. Seriously, it's literally just random enemies and competitions for the MC to shit on w/ countless powerups. There are no notable supporting characters and the MC has no personality besides a drive to get as strong as possible.
The stakes have been escalated too far. I was hoping for a quiet, school-life arc after the competition but it seems that promise has been completely forgotten.
