I think this is a double edged sword. Yeah, we get more character interaction but it runs the risk of people getting bored due to the faffing about and not developing the story. We can already see it with how the comments are going this past few chapters.

I want to see the side of the humans, all we've seen so far is the side of the beast-folk. I want to know how they'll react to the MC being a human, and being the one responsible of helping wiping them out. Also, maybe justify why the beast-folk are the ones we should be rooting for.

For me, even though it felt rushed, I still feel that it ended in a good place. Sure, we could've have had more of this slice of life, but at least it didn't end in a bad place.

Oh, really? That's surprising, it alleviates their transgression a bit. If they don't do this again, I can let bygones be bygones. Can you provide where they said it?

They've put their grabby fingers in too many mangas that they're spread too thin. To alleviate this, I think they're holding on to chapters that they've translated so that they can work on the ones that are more popular. They'll only release it when someone "Snipes" the chapter from them.

This is their modus operandi, even if they're being clowned for this, they don't care. I think they do it because to the outside people who don't read comments or are just catching up, Galaxy Degen Scans are still the ones being read. They can still claim it as theirs.

They've already uploaded the chapters, catching up with an extra chapter for good measure. GDS, doesn't betray expectations, like the greedy clowns they are.
