Could tell at the beginning of the chapter something was going to happen to her soon with the way she was talking. Just didn't expect to happen by the end of the chapter.

Just a wild shot in the dark, but guessing from the image. Starting from left to right: Itsuki, Nino, Ichika, Miku & Yotsuba. Just guessing with the way some of the characters are standing match the way they acted in the past.

Judging from the previous chapters, looks like the next 2 chapters will focus on Itsuki.

It's not Papi at the end kissing the guy, it's another Harpy. Pay attention to the hair, Papi doesn't have hair that long.
