There are other iseka which do it this way, but better ones actually integrate it logically e.g. in the "game world" death is permanent which explains how progress is much slower & there may be various undiscovered things, inhabitants of the world can not take anywhere near the level of risk...

Would be nice if they redid the first chapter though, calling angostura bitters "wine" is weird. I guess it's because the original calls it "sake" which is a catch-all for any alcoholic drink but English has no such classification (with the possible exception of "booze" but even then...).
