Ride-On King - Vol. 16 Ch. 86 - The President and a New Riding Overture

Oh yes, this series was clearly being cancelled and they were kind enough to the Author to let him know how long he had to left to finish it.

Kesa mo Yuraretemasu - Ch. 38 - Tonight Is The Fireworks Festival

It's interesting the author finally made a series that locked people in, and it was about a core-romance with interesting characters revolving around them. I guess this is also what made Jitsu-wa attractive enough in many ways. I still preferred his last series, the once that was cancelled...

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 50 - A dependable person

While I never want to see a manga outlive itself (a la Komi San...), I really am happy this mangaka finally got her series and one that is now solidly in the mid-rank life of a series.

    Doku wo Haku - Oneshot

I really liked MamamaYuYu. The art was beautiful and strange, and so many touching moments. He botched the story, and it needed more Mama...but still.

Koppa Mai Chiru - Sono Koro ni - Vol. 3 Ch. 11.1

I still like that El Salvador and Japan's experience itself proves that, in fact, you can just arrest, exile and execute criminals and it solves crime.

Ori no Naka - Ch. 35 - End

Yeah, it seemed like we were going to get hit with the "It turns out she drives any man she is with insane" route, which, frankly, we already were on.

Ori no Naka - Ch. 35 - End

I'm confused which part of this is the dream-sequence.

Ride-On King - Vol. 16 Ch. 81 - The President and the Lost Divine Artifact

This manga had incredible world-building and coherent, unique magic system that was well-developed. Not to mention, it's use of metaphysics, esoteric chi/Taoism/Aether theory, and multi-verses was exciting and sensible. So much was lost, but even a rapidly finishing ending has great charm...

    Toki-sensei wa Kigaetai - Vol. 3 Ch. 35.7 - Bonus

Lol, perfect chance for the meme right there, but you're dead-on. The main continuity they share is the desired to be dominated, but that's nearly all women sexually, so it's not even a real point of comparison.

Dungeon no Osananajimi - Vol. 7 Ch. 59

All I can say is, "let us be grateful this is not Hinowa ga Crush."

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 47 - The path she chose

It wasn't even because I was bored, but I naturally drift away from anything overly long...but just seeing things like "Chapter 500" and that made me feel a deeply spiritual anger and slight disgust.

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 47 - The path she chose

Yeah, this feels like the build up to an ending, but considering her last piece ended at only 17 chapters (albeit vol. 3), this feels like a much more successful run.

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 42 - It all starts with knowing yourself

Honestly, I'll concede on the hobby statement. What I should qualify is "useful, creative hobbies" versus "I finally unlocked my 5th tier IV weapon in the game that just dropped/Grinded 1500 hours in Europa Universalis". Again, gaming is fun, but if a person is actually unhappy with their life...

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 42 - It all starts with knowing yourself

I enjoy gaming too, aggressively so. My comment was for a man who feels he has no value or purpose in life. For this type of person, only gaming is just a form of self-narcotizing (much like reading or watching shows). All these actions are ultimately consuming the content creations of others...

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 43 - Permanent scars

I don't know, sometimes they do resolve themselves this way. Again, the issues here are relatively minor by comparison to some extremely violent or excessively degrading acts of bullying, but also this manga is about people who the first time around could not actually resolve these problems anyway.

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 42 - It all starts with knowing yourself

Men have a different method of self-growth as we derive value from creation and having value to others. I'd recommend working out and learning a hobby that requires skill (gaming is not a hobby unless it is an actual profession). Key messages from her are useful though, which is to not...

    Heion Sedai no Idaten-tachi - Ch. 73 - PEACE

I remember a while ago someone noted that Cook-Kyu liked this mangaka's work and volunteered to do the art, but got busy with his other personal projects, and no longer wanted to work on it. What that meant was it had to be wrapped up, and thus we get the accelerated plot developments and...

Hikagemono demo Yarinaoshite Ii desu ka? - Ch. 39 - Kawaoka Hozue's turning point

Ha ha ha, my mind was on that manga about the insane girl who this baseball player starts dating. If I recall, redemption arcs in that manga include "That time she sicked criminal punks to rape a girl who bullied her" and then ends up with one of her male friends she guilted into doing the...
