I don't recall Meijin being a member of BO too. Although it would be such a twist if he turned out to be one (especially Rum!). But we know Gosho likes to play it safe, and Rum's candidate can't be outside of the three new characters.

Some of the fillers are actually pretty funny and refreshing, if only some fans are not too focused on their expectation of having the "main storyline" (which might be subjective with this title) every week.

I actually don't mind for whoever won in the end, but really glad that it's Yotsuba. Girl deserved it. I certainly hope that there's no more twist after this chapter regarding the one girl. That would only hurts Yotsuba's fans at this point.

But, I guess I'm the only one looking forward to that "I love you" line by Katai kun by the end of the play.

Komi's self-sacrifice incoming. She will say no, because she can't believe herself. But even when she's been sure of it, she'll choose friendship over her own feelings. Manbagi's sacrifice will be the end game though. Sooner or later.

I was so happy and kept smiling throughout the chapter, and then there's that one last page 😭

If he's not dead yet. That would make all Shinobu's sacrifice and death story (and the twist) wasted and pointless. So he better be dead. Next chapter will probably tell Douma's more personal backstory while he's rotting from the poison to eternal death.

I actually started to like this arc (since I'm sensing Isagi-Ase subtext that is, ahem). I think this arc is quite long since the author might want to make an impression in Komi's friend-making in the second year, or maybe just want to take a break from Komi-Tadano centred subplot. Or, somehow...

Why the so-called pillars are so immature? They should've selected more carefully for demon hunters who are capable in the emotional management department as well. If not for plot armor, they should've been easily defeated due to their immaturity, I bet they're easily manipulated.

I think Isagi's arc is a bit too long now. But I agree people should stop expecting it's a Komi-Tadano romance manga, it's more of a slice of life manga about Komi making friends since the beginning, that's the premise and is the centre stage. Komi-Tadano's romance subplot is supposed to last...
