The MC died last life, lucky he reincarnated, (he also lived a shit of a life).
No one is holding you back, the world has many opportunities to grab, and if you grab it or not, is up to you.
How old is he now? I mean mental age? He died when he was like 16-18? 20? even if we pick 16 years, he should be now around 32 at the minimum. And he still acts like a kid.
I've expected some character development, but it seems like the 10-year time skip wasn't a big deal for him.
